Submittal & Spec Sheet Builder Pro

Versions released while your licence is active stay yours. A licence includes a year of updates; if it lapses the plugin keeps working and you can still download anything released before the expiry date. Versions released after it, and automatic updates inside WordPress, need a current licence.

What’s Included in Pro

Every Pro feature, on one site: lead capture before download, five more PDF themes, watermarks, approval signature blocks and in-browser autosave.

✅ Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Capture Qualified Leads
Require an email address before the PDF downloads, with an optional phone number and a consent checkbox. The project name, how many items were selected and the leading category are recorded automatically from the visitor’s own selection.

Public Tracking Links Coming soon
In development and not in the current release. When it ships it will generate shareable URLs that track downloads, so you can see when PDFs are downloaded and by whom.

PDF Tracking Coming soon
In development and not in the current release. When it ships it will monitor every PDF generated through your site, with download timestamps, recipient information and view counts.

⚡ Keep Work in Progress

In-Browser Autosave
A visitor’s selection is remembered in their own browser, so a refresh or a mistaken click does not lose their work. Selections stay on that one device — they are not stored on the server, and cannot be shared or resumed anywhere else.

🎨 Professional Branding

PDF Themes (6 Options)
Six colour schemes — one included with the free plugin, five added by Pro:

Engineering – included with the free plugin
Architectural – slate grey, for design-focused documents
Corporate Blue – deep blue, for corporate environments
Forest Green
Crimson
Graphite

A theme sets the accent colour used on cover pages, headers, table bars and section dividers. The page layout is identical across all six.

PDF Watermarks
Add custom diagonal text overlays to every page:

“DRAFT” for review copies
“CONFIDENTIAL” for sensitive documents
“FOR REVIEW ONLY” for preliminary submittals
“PRELIMINARY” for early-stage documents

Semi-transparent watermarks appear diagonally across all pages without obscuring content.

Approval Signature Blocks
Add professional 3-column approval tables to each product sheet:

Approved By field for name/signature
Title field for job role
Date field for approval timestamp

Perfect for AHJ approval, engineering sign-off, architect approval, and code compliance verification.

📊 Track Performance

PDF Generation Logs
See activity on your site including number of PDFs generated, date/time stamps, and user information.

Lead Export
Download captured leads to CSV for import into your CRM or email marketing system.
