Terms
The terms that apply to this site, our plugins, and custom work.
This website
The content on this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current as best we can, but it is not a warranty and not a contract.
Our plugins
Plugins we distribute through WordPress.org are licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, as WordPress.org requires. You are free to use, modify and redistribute them under those terms, on as many sites as you like.
They are provided as-is, with no warranty. We put real effort into making them correct, and we fix what we find, but you run them on your own site at your own risk. Take a backup before installing anything, this plugin included.
Support for the free plugins is provided on a best-effort basis through the WordPress.org forums. It is not a guaranteed service and it does not come with a response time unless you have one in writing from us.
Custom development
Custom work is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that project, which covers scope, price, timeline, ownership and support. Where that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.
Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom code transfers to you on final payment. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and non-client-specific components in later work — we do not reuse your business logic, your data or anything that identifies you.
Nothing on this page is an offer or a quote. A quote is a document we send you with a scope and a number in it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for the free plugins is nil, and our liability on a custom project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
