How refunds work on a plugin licence.

Digital Product Nature

Submittal & Spec Sheet Builder (Pro) is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because there are no physical goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the plugin files have been downloaded or activated.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our software. If the plugin does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • You must provide details of the issue and allow our support team an opportunity to troubleshoot or resolve it.
  • The problem must be related to the plugin itself, not to third-party themes, hosting environments, or configuration issues outside our control.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the plugin.
  • You purchased the wrong license or failed to cancel a renewal before it processed.
  • The plugin conflicts with other themes or plugins on your website.
  • The issue results from custom modifications, misconfiguration, or lack of technical knowledge.
  • Your site environment (e.g., hosting restrictions, outdated PHP version) prevents proper use.

License Renewals

All license renewals are billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your license at any time from your account dashboard.

Support & Bug Fixes

We are committed to providing reliable support and timely bug fixes. Before a refund is issued, we will make every reasonable effort to help you get the plugin working as expected.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@webstuffguylabs.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or license key
  • Date of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue and any troubleshooting steps taken

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.
