Submittal & Spec Sheet Builder
Branded submittal packets and spec sheets, generated from your product catalog.
Submittals and spec sheets are the paperwork that stands between a specified product and an approved one. Most manufacturers and suppliers assemble them by hand: open the template, paste in the model numbers, re-export the PDF, notice the logo is the old one, start again.
Submittal & Spec Sheet Builder moves that job onto your WordPress site. You load your catalog once, and visitors assemble their own packet — selecting the categories, types and models they need and downloading a finished, branded PDF without emailing anyone.
What it does
- Product catalog manager
- Organize products into categories, types and models, with inline specifications on each. Built to handle hundreds or thousands of SKUs, and managed entirely inside WordPress — no developer needed to add a product.
- Visual builder for visitors
- Visitors browse by category, product, type and model, see the specifications inline, and add what they need to a packet as they go.
- PDF generation
- One packet, assembled on demand: an optional branded cover page, a project summary, a table of contents, then one detailed spec sheet per selected product.
- Branding tools
- Your logo, company details, accent color, PDF theme and cover page are applied automatically, so every packet that leaves your site looks like it came from you.
- Named projects
- Visitors name their project on the review screen and that name appears on the packet cover — which is what makes the PDF usable as a submittal rather than a brochure.
